Abstract

This article discusses one of the important topics of modern education - the key aspects of the formation of pupils' social intelligence through strategic planning.The author of the study claims that social intelligence correlates with the overall academic performance and adaptability of pupils. Learning activities are not limited to learning, but also include interpersonal relationships with teachers, classmates and other pupils. The development of social intelligence can contribute to the improvement of the overall learning experience and the formation of positive relationships with others, which, in turn, has a positive effect on academic success and personal development of pupils.The study of social intelligence in an educational institution can be carried out using various methods and approaches. Thus, the article presents the results of interviews with teachers, which allowed a deeper study of their opinions, beliefs, attitudes and experience of interaction with others. Based on the analysis of the literature, the author of the article emphasizes that the development of social intelligence is a continuous process that requires the participation of the entire educational community and a systematic approach to work. Therefore, special attention is paid to the definition of strategic planning directions, including the integration of special programs, support for teachers and the use of innovative techniques.The article will be a useful resource for scientists, teachers and experts in the field of education who are interested in the formation of social intelligence among pupils.
