The landscape of education and teacher development: from entering the profession to professional maturity

The article presents the results of a study of the processes of continuous professional development in the structure of vocational pedagogical education. The purpose of the study is to develop information and methodological support of these processes for the education system of a complex society in which self-management of professional development and the ecosystem of professional development are in demand. The main results of the study are presented: a level classification of competencies relevant to the NPR, a component structure of these competencies, a competence-oriented workshop in the corresponding ecosystem. Based on the results of the study, conclusions are formulated about the resources of continuous professional development at the teacher's workplace and in the conditions of interaction with colleagues, tools for sustainable advancement of a teacher in the trajectory of development (from becoming a profession to professional identity and maturity), mechanisms of work in a team of stakeholders - from solving professional difficulties of teachers and tasks of the teaching staff to the management of values and meanings development.
