Publication is registered in the International Centre for Registration of Serial Publications ISSN (UNESCO, Paris, France).
Editorial policy of the journal
Scientific-pedagogical journal "Bilim" is addressed to Kazakhstani and foreign faculty of universities, doctoral candidates, undergraduates, students and teachers of all levels of education.
The journal aims to expand the exchange of modern domestic and foreign research achievements, informing professionals and the public about the theoretical and practical results of scientific research in secondary education.
The scientific and pedagogical journal "Bilim" was registered in the Committee of Information and Archives of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000 (certificate № 1308-Z), re-registered in 2023 (certificate about re-registration № KZ94VPY00064976).
The main thematic direction is the publication of scientific and pedagogical research results.
Research priority areas:
1) Educational policy, innovation and digitalization in the educational process;
2) Management in secondary education;
3) Teaching methodology;
4) Nurturing and personal development;
5) Special and inclusive education;
6) Continuing teacher education.
Journal publication: paper / online.
Language of publications: Kazakh, Russian, English, German, French and Turkish.
Frequency: 4 times a year.
Conditions for the publication of the article:
- To ensure the integrity of scientific research, authors must adhere to international standards of academic publications.
- When submitting an article, the author guarantees that the article is original and has not been previously published in another source in the current or similar form; the article has not been transferred to other publishers. Translations of articles published in other languages will not be accepted.
- Research results must be specific, with undistorted data, and disciplinary rules for collecting, selecting, and processing materials must be followed.
- The authors determine the authors' order in the article and remain unchanged after submission to the editors. Adding or deleting authors during the stages of editing is not allowed. It is not allowed to change authors after acceptance of the article.
- No more than one manuscript by one author or by the same author as a team of co-authors is allowed in an issue.
- The number of co-authors of one article should not exceed 4.
- The degree of originality of the article should be not less than 70% (according to the editorial board's decision).
- If the article touches on issues related to children's research, it is necessary to provide the conclusion of the Ethics Committee.

Scientific and pedagogical journal "Bilim" provides open access to its content on the official website of the journal. This provides greater informational access to the journal for all potential readers and authors.

Ethics and Plagiarism Policy:
The journal follows the recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) to address ethical issues, including illegal activities. According to the editorial policy, all articles received by the editorial board are checked for anti-plagiarism on a mandatory basis through the system "Anti-Plagiarism-Kazakhstan. Expert" system.
