Abstract

The present article is devoted to the scientific and practical foundations of management and management development in a modern school. The study focuses on the analysis of the organizational structure of the school, the use of information technology, human resource management and the quality of education. Considering socio-economic and cultural characteristics, the article offers practical recommendations, based on scientific foundations, to improve the effectiveness of school management. The main objective of the article is to structure effective psychological, pedagogical, educational, material and didactic conditions for the successful activity of teachers and development of students' personality. Important attention is paid to the motivation of the team to innovative programs, the availability of information for all members of the team, the participation of employees in corporate decisions and incentives for their activities. Analyzing modern requirements and challenges, the article provides specific scientific and practical framework, taking into account patterns that can be used by school administrators and teachers to effectively manage and develop the school in accordance with modern requirements and expectations of society.
