On the influence of specialized pedagogical training of teachers on educational results of students

This article investigates the impact of specialized pedagogical training on
students’ educational outcomes. Based on TIMSS and TALIS international surveys, the
study shows that teachers who have received specialized pedagogical training are better equipped to create effective learning environments and to teach effectively. Students taught by these teachers showed significant improvement in their academic
performance and overall engagement in learning. The findings suggest that specialized pedagogical training of teachers is an important factor in improving the quality of
education and promoting positive student outcomes. The article concludes with recommendations to prioritize specialized pedagogical training for teachers as a means
of enhancing student achievement.
