Pedagogical conditions for improving the professional training of future teachers-psychologists

Abstract. As part of the study of this work, it was revealed that in the educational environment of the university there is a lack of motivation of students to be active. The functional sphere of interaction of the subjects of the educational process is not; we do not see conditions when all its participants build their trajectory of professional self-development; there are no systems of opportunities for the formation of a psychological and pedagogical position; there is no saturation of methods and means for the realization of this position of students in their professional activities. Thus, it can be noted that the opportunity and potential of the pedagogical process at the university for the formation of professional competence are not used enough.
